Salvianolate attenuates oxidative stress injury of human endothelial EA.hy926 cells induced by hydrogen peroxide

AIM: To investigate the effect of salvianolate on oxidative damage induced by hydrogen peroxide in human endothelial EA.hy926 cells.METHODS: EA.hy926 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into the following groups:control group, damage group, and anti-damage groups (salvianolate+damage groups). The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay. The migration ability of the EA.hy926 cells was detected by Transwell assay. The content of nitric oxide (NO) in the culture supernatant of the EA.hy926 cells was examined. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by ELISA. The apoptosis,mitochondrial membrane potential and intracellular superoxide anion content of the EA.hy926 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The protein levels of caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, Bcl-2, Bax, NF-κB and p53 were determined by Western blot. RESULTS: Compared with damage group, the viability of EA.hy926 cells pretreated with salvianolate at different concentrations was significantly increased (P<0.05). The apoptotic rate was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Savianolate enhanced the migration ability of the cells. The levels of VEGF, NO and mitochondrial transmembrane potential were increased (P<0.05), and the intracellular ROS level was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The protein levels of NF-κB, p53, Bax and cleaved caspase-3 were significantly decreased, and the protein level of Bcl-2 was markedly increased(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Savianolate reduces the damage of EA.hy926 cells by hydrogen peroxide exposure, and its mechanism may be related to the blocking of NF-κB signaling pathway.     

基于读者信息行为规律的信息服务管理策略

论述了网络环境下,高校图书馆读者信息行为规律的变化及共性特征,并进行了实证分析研究。在此基础上,提出了图书馆多样化、多元化、个性化和一站式的信息服务管理策略。     

基于MFO-LSTM的母猪发情行为识别

及时准确识别母猪的发情行为可以有效增加受胎率和产仔量,对提高养殖企业的繁育水平和经济效益具有重要意义。该研究针对生猪养殖过程中母猪发情行为识别存在主观性强、智能化水平低、假警报和错误率高、识别不及时等问题,提出了一种基于飞蛾扑火算法(Moth-Flame Optimization,MFO)优化长短时记忆网络(Long Short Term Memory,LSTM)的母猪发情行为识别方法。利用安装在母猪颈部的姿态传感器获得母猪姿态数据,然后使用姿态数据训练MFO-LSTM姿态分类模型,将母猪姿态分为立姿、卧姿和爬跨3类。通过对姿态分类结果进行分析,确定以爬跨行为和活动量2个特征作为发情行为识别依据,使用MFO-LSTM分类算法判断母猪是否发情。以山西省太原市杏花岭区五丰养殖场的试验数据对该方法进行验证,结果表明,该方法在以30 min为发情行为识别时间时的识别效果最好,发情行为识别的错误率为13.43%,召回率为90.63%,特效性为81.63%,与已有的母猪发情行为识别方法相比错误率降低了80%以上。该方法在保证识别准确率的情况下有效降低了错误率,可满足母猪养殖生产过程中发情行为自动识别要求。     

Abnormally modified tau and hypoxic-ischemic brain damage

Tau is the most abundant microtubule-associated protein in the brain. If tau protein lost the normal function, the toxic effect should be showed and plays an important role in various central nervous system lesions. Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is an important cause of mortality in the neonatal period and it is mainly characterized by neurological deficits such as cognitive limitations. However, the mechanism still needs further study, and the underlying relationship between tau protein and HIE lacks direct evidence. Some recent clinical study reported that tau protein expression elevated in the serum of asphyxia children and had a high correlation with behavior deficient. In this review, we focus on 3 key points to provide new insights to understand the tau protein-related pathogenesis of HIE as followed: (1) tau protein and its phosphorylation change during central nervous system development; (2) comparison of tau protein expression in developing brain and adult brain under some neurological disorders; (3) potential pathological change of tau in HIE related pathological conditions, such as dysmyelination, inflammation response and glutamate metabolism.     

从生育行为看农村妇女的家庭地位——基于江西X村的研究

通过对农村妇女生育行为及其家庭地位的个案访谈，发现从农村妇女的生育行为，主要是生育孩子的数量和性别，已经无法准确判断她们的家庭地位。即生育行为与妇女的家庭地位之间的联系正在弱化甚至消失，取而代之的是包括妇女的性别意识、经济独立性、知识水平等多方面因素。因此，提高农村妇女家庭地位的途径也变得多样化，其中，增强农村女性自身素质显得尤为重要。     

微信公共领域里的失范行为及其法治规范建设

从哈贝马斯公共领域理论出发，提出了微信群与微信公众号已经初步形成了公共领域这一观点，并主要介绍了围绕微信公共领域的社交功能、自媒体传播功能和商业贸易平台功能而产生的失范行为。依法规范微信公共领域，可以从完善依法管理微信公共领域、依法运营微信公共领域、依法使用微信公共领域三个有机联系层面的法治规范展开。     

国防工业发展中的三方博弈分析

利用博弈论的方法对国防工业发展中已进入国防工业的企业群、待进入国防工业的企业群和政府的对策进行分析，并得出结论：政府首先要指导已进入国防工业的企业群合理定位；其次要考虑制定多大程度的保护政策来保护已进入国防工业企业的发展和利益；最后政府需要对军工企业的诉讼制定合理的支持标准，使已进入国防工业企业始终处于竞争环境良性发展.当然政府作出以上决策的主要依据是在保证本国安全的前提下使国防工业企业的利润实现最大化.     

钛酸酯偶联剂对竹塑发泡复合材料性能的影响

研究了钛酸酯(DN301)偶联剂对竹塑发泡复合材料物理力学性能、热学性能和流变性能的影响,并采用环境扫描电镜观察材料的界面微观结构.结果表明,添加适量的钛酸酯可有效提高竹塑发泡复合材料的力学性能和耐水性能,钛酸酯最佳用量为竹粉质量的2%,材料密度为0.85 g·cm-3,比弯曲、比拉伸、比缺口冲击强度、弯曲模量分别为42.68 MPa、22.32 MPa、5.83 kJ·m-2和2828.04 MPa,与未改性时相比,分别提高了10.4%、7.9%、15.8%和6.8%;改性复合材料浸水1440 h后的吸水率和厚度膨胀率分别由未改性时的8.80%和1.85%降至2.48%和1.36%.频率扫描结果显示,改性复合材料的储能模量和复数黏度下降,流变性能和均相性增强.热重测定结果表明,改性复合材料的热稳定性略微提高.扫描电镜观察结果表明改性复合材料的界面相容性提高.
